It Is All About What You See

Art is not what you see — it is what it makes you feel. It is beautiful that you can view the same piece of art during different life phases or moods, and that same piece may evoke different emotions based upon the stage of your journey, your perspective, and your overall outlook.

These differing perspectives can lead to a reflection on your journey - your growth, your failures, your successes.

That is the beauty of art. Maybe you see calm. Maybe you see chaos. Maybe it reminds you of a dream you had once, or your favorite hoodie, or a feeling you cannot quite put into words. And maybe tomorrow, next month, or next year, it will speak to you differently. That is the magic part.

There is no wrong answer. No “correct” emotion. An artist creates and leaves you with a piece to view, read, or listen to through your own unique lenses.

It is a wonderful thing to see — how the same piece hits differently for different people. Some folks get introspective. Others just say “oooh pretty!” Both valid.

Art is not a test. It is a mirror. Sometimes it reflects you. Sometimes it reflects something you did not even know was there.

If something here makes you pause or smile or just feel something—then hey, we have officially connected. And that is the coolest part of all.

Love, Peace, and Authenticity,

Krista
